Best customer service i have experienced in a long time. Nothing was too hard, everything was fantastic. Great items i ordered and they made for really amazing gifts. Jen even wrapped the box and wrote on the card. What a great experience, i highly recommend

Just wanted to say Savvy Shopper its great, they have a lot nice different things to buy wide range stock from clothes to ornament's and nick knacks. They are very helpful always responds back to you straight if you need something and there items are packed neatly and carefully. I recommend them to anyone please have a look at there web site!

WONDERFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH... I am always very wary about buying items on line as most of us are now days. However Savvy shopper are one of the most professional, efficient companies I have had the pleasure of dealing with for a long time. The item I was buying was a very heart felt one, as it is to form part of a memorial for one of my beloved horses that past away. Not only did they process my order quickly they called me personally to double check my postal address and have email and text me every movment that my shipment has taken. The service they provide is like the good old fashion service from years gone by. Savvy Shopper truly care about their customers. Thank you so much Savvy shopper and your team. So happy I found savvy shopper online. Communication was great, the pedestals I bought are just gorgeous as decribed, the postage was super fast & my pedestals were wrapped so carefully to ensure no damage. Will definitely be shopping here again & cannot recommend them more highly. From a very happy savvy shopper :)

What can I say about this beautiful store? So much lol. I contacted Penny about a beautiful wooden buddah head I recieved a reply so quickly, helping me through the order on line process (As I am technically challenged 🤦‍♀️). Questions where answered with wonderful replies. Penny was in constant contact with me letting me know when the parcel was sent, when it was arriving. It gave me great confidence in dealing with this business. I definitely will be keeping my eye out on future purchaces. My buddha head arrived in just a few days. It was the best wrapped parcel I have ever recieved.There was no way she was going to be damaged in postage. Thank you for that. The head is flat at the back so it can also be hung on a wall, which is an extra bonus. Wonderful, pleasent people to deal with. 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thank you so much Penny.

I was so impressed with the service I received from Jen Savvy shopper Online. I ordered the pedestal late on Sunday afternoon and it was delivered to the Sunshine Coast early Wednesday morning! So carefully packaged and the courier service were also good. It's such a pleasure to have received this service in today's busy world. The pedestal stand is good quality and looks amazing!
